We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an international e-commerce organization.

You will handle customer queries and complaints via email with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via email on time.

Maintain quality communication and ensure customer satisfaction.

Work with the team to resolve complex cases.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
