Job Overview

Rai Automobile and Machinery is seeking a multi-skilled professional to manage office operations, handle data entry, and coordinate commercial vehicle servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Coordination: Schedule vehicle maintenance, track service histories, and communicate updates to fleet customers.
• Data Management: Input job cards, customer details, and spare parts inventory into the Ashok Leyland dealer software.
• Office Administration: Manage daily paperwork, answer phone calls, greet visitors, and handle billing and invoicing.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service and performance reports for the management team.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary passed with relevant experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic internet operations.
• Experience: Previous experience in an automobile dealership, service center, or workshop is highly preferred.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and mechanics.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, strong multi-tasking abilities, and punctual.
