Position: Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive Digital Sales Executive to generate business opportunities through telecalling, digital leads, WhatsApp communication, and customer follow-ups. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s agricultural products, developing relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors, and supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospective farmers, dealers, distributors, and agri-input retailers.

2. Generate and qualify leads through online platforms, digital campaigns, social media, and company databases.

3. Explain the company’s fertilizers, agrochemicals, biostimulants, and crop nutrition products to prospective customers.

4. Follow up on leads and inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other digital communication channels.

5. Identify potential dealers and distributors and arrange meetings with the sales team.

6. Convert qualified leads into business opportunities and support order generation.

7. Maintain customer databases, call records, lead status, and follow-up schedules.

8. Coordinate with the field sales team for lead conversion, customer visits, and business development.

9. Collect customer feedback, understand market requirements, and communicate relevant information to management.

10. Achieve assigned daily calling targets, monthly lead-generation targets, and sales-support objectives.

11. Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, leads generated, follow-ups, and business progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Graduate in any discipline; candidates with agriculture or sales backgrounds will be preferred.

* Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi.

* Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM or lead-management tools.

* Ability to handle customer objections and maintain professional customer relationships.

* Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, digital sales, or business development will be preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Number of outbound calls and meaningful customer conversations.

* Qualified leads generated for farmers, dealers, and distributors.

* Follow-up completion and lead conversion rate.

* Dealer/distributor appointments and sales opportunities generated.

* Orders generated and contribution to monthly sales targets.

* Accuracy of customer data and reporting.

Reporting To

Sales Manager / Business Development Manager.
