Job Description

  • Dispatch Head: Responsible for overall dispatch, logistics, cost control, team management, customer coordination, and walk-in sales.
  • Dispatch Executive: Handles day-to-day dispatch operations, vehicle placement, documentation, transporter coordination, and supervises the coordinator.
  • Dispatch Coordinator: Supports dispatch operations through ERP entries, documentation, vehicle follow-up, MIS, and routine coordination.
