Job Description
WE ARE HIRING – MINOR PROMOTER
Location: Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh
Role: Minor Promoter
Reporting To: District Team Leader (TL)
Job Responsibilities
- Visit assigned schools and coordinate with Principals, Teachers, and school authorities.
- Conduct financial literacy and digital banking awareness sessions for students.
- Generate and achieve Minor Account opening targets.
- Assist students and parents with account opening documentation.
- Support Aadhaar Seeding, NPCI Mapping, and DBT Enablement.
- Maintain daily school visit reports, activity records, and MIS.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned targets and activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred).
- Freshers can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and local languages.
- Basic knowledge of banking and digital services.
- Basic MS Excel and smartphone knowledge.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned district.
Additional Requirements
- Own smartphone with internet connectivity.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Field sales or banking experience will be an added advantage.
