Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle job applications and candidate calling
  • Screen candidates and schedule interviews
  • Manage follow-ups and recruitment records
  • Coordinate joining and basic employee documentation
  • Support day-to-day office operations and staff coordination
  • Maintain Excel/Google Sheets and basic reports

Requirements:

  • Good communication and calling skills
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and computer
  • Organised, proactive and good at follow-ups
  • Recruitment/HR experience preferred
