Job Description – Accounts AssistantLocation: BBC Central Kitchen, Bhopal

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to manage daily payment reconciliation and accounts-related activities for Bhopal Bakehouse & Café (BBC).

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily sales and payments received through Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Zomato, Swiggy and other payment channels.
• Match sales records with actual bank credits, payment gateway settlements and platform statements.
• Identify discrepancies, short payments, pending settlements and report them promptly.
• Receive, verify and upload supplier invoices and purchase bills into the accounting system.
• Maintain accurate records of daily collections, expenses and bills.
• Coordinate with outlet teams, banks, payment providers and delivery platforms for reconciliation-related issues.
• Prepare daily and monthly reconciliation reports.

Qualification & Skills

• B.Com or equivalent accounting qualification is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong numerical, analytical and reconciliation skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy and accountability.
