At Feedsco Global, we are building a trusted, hyper-local snacking platform for Bharat, focused on making affordable, quality packaged foods accessible across Tier II and Tier III markets.

As we expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Liaison & Compliance to lead government liaison, regulatory affairs, and statutory compliance across our multiple operational units.

This is an opportunity for a professional who can proactively manage regulatory requirements, build effective institutional coordination, identify compliance risks, and ensure timely closure of critical matters.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead government liaison and statutory compliance across all company units.

• Manage regulatory matters relating to Factory Licensing, Labour Laws, FSSAI, Fire Safety, Pollution Control, Municipal Authorities, EPFO, ESIC, GST, and other applicable statutory requirements.

• Oversee licences, registrations, renewals, approvals, inspections, notices, and regulatory submissions.

• Coordinate with government departments, local administration, consultants, advocates, and external agencies on legitimate company matters.

• Ensure timely closure of compliance requirements and maintain accurate documentation of regulatory interactions.

• Develop and monitor compliance trackers, SOPs, reporting systems, and escalation mechanisms.

• Identify potential regulatory risks and ensure timely corrective action.

• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Factory, Quality, Operations, Security, and Legal teams.

• Monitor contractor and manpower statutory compliance.

• Prepare periodic compliance reports and provide updates to senior management.

🔹 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Relevant experience in government liaison, statutory compliance, and regulatory affairs.

• Strong understanding of applicable labour laws, factory regulations, licensing procedures, and statutory requirements.

• Experience coordinating with government departments and managing inspections, approvals, and renewals.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• High standards of integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and professional conduct.
