Greet and assist patients and visitors as they arrive at the clinic

Manage appointment scheduling and patient inquiries

Answer phone calls and take messages 

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Ensure proper record-keeping of patient data

Provide information about clinic services and offerings

Handle billing and payments 

Ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations at the front desk
