Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, meet prospective customers, promote rooftop solar solutions, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate leads through field visits, references, local marketing campaigns, and customer outreach.
• Meet residential and commercial customers to explain rooftop solar systems, pricing, financing options, and applicable government schemes.
• Understand customer requirements, coordinate site surveys, prepare quotations, and follow up to close sales.
• Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer records, sales reports, and lead follow-ups, and assist with necessary documentation and PM Surya Ghar portal processes.
• Participate in promotional activities to strengthen the Solar Bunker brand and expand the customer base.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.
• Experience in solar sales, real estate, electrical products, or a related field will be an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to undertake field visits.
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to learn solar products and processes.

Compensation: Salary will be based on experience and suitability, with performance-based incentives linked to sales.

काम के बारे में (Role Overview)हमें अपनी कंपनी के लिए एक मेहनती और अच्छे कम्युनिकेशन स्किल वाले सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव की जरूरत है। उसका मुख्य काम नए ग्राहक बनाना, उनसे मिलना, सोलर प्लांट की जानकारी देना और बिक्री बढ़ाना होगा।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities)

• फील्ड विजिट, लोगों से संपर्क और मार्केटिंग के जरिए नए ग्राहक बनाना।
• घरों और दुकानों के मालिकों से मिलकर उन्हें रूफटॉप सोलर सिस्टम, उसकी कीमत, लोन और सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी देना।
• ग्राहक की जरूरत समझना, साइट सर्वे करवाना, कोटेशन देना और लगातार फॉलो-अप करके बिक्री पक्की करना।
• सोलर प्लांट लगाने वाली टीम के साथ संपर्क बनाए रखना, ताकि ग्राहक का काम समय पर पूरा हो सके।
• ग्राहकों का रिकॉर्ड रखना और बिक्री से जुड़ी रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।
• Solar Bunker के प्रचार के लिए मार्केटिंग कैंपेन और अन्य गतिविधियों में हिस्सा लेना।
• जरूरत पड़ने पर ग्राहक के डॉक्यूमेंटेशन और PM Surya Ghar पोर्टल से जुड़े कामों में सहयोग करना।

योग्यता एवं जरूरी स्किल्स (Skills & Qualifications)

• ग्रेजुएट होना बेहतर रहेगा, लेकिन संबंधित अनुभव वाले उम्मीदवार भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
• सोलर, रियल एस्टेट या इलेक्ट्रिकल प्रोडक्ट्स की सेल्स का अनुभव होने पर प्राथमिकता मिलेगी।
• ग्राहकों से अच्छी तरह बात करने और उन्हें समझाने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।
• मेहनती, आत्मविश्वासी और टारगेट पूरा करने की इच्छा रखने वाला होना चाहिए।
• फील्ड में जाकर ग्राहकों से मिलने के लिए तैयार होना चाहिए।
• कंप्यूटर की सामान्य जानकारी होनी चाहिए।

सैलरी एवं इंसेंटिव (Compensation) उम्मीदवार के अनुभव और योग्यता के अनुसार सैलरी दी जाएगी। इसके अलावा, बिक्री के आधार पर इंसेंटिव भी मिलेगा।
