Job Description
Bank Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and branch staff.
Team Handling: Manage, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
Lead Generation: Generate quality leads through bank branches and customer references.
Customer Acquisition: Promote credit card products and explain features, benefits and eligibility to customers.
Sales Monitoring: Track daily sales performance, conversions and team productivity.
Branch Coordination: Coordinate with bank officials to ensure smooth business operations.
Target Achievement: Ensure monthly and quarterly business targets are achieved.
MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports and share performance updates with management.
Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and improve branch-level sales.
