Hiring: Telecallers

📍 Location: Bhopal

💼 Role: Telecaller

📝 Job Responsibilities:

(Education Counsellor):

  • Make outbound calls to students/leads and explain courses/programs
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide complete information
  • Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses
  • Follow up regularly with interested candidates
  • Maintain call records and update lead status
  • Convince and convert leads into admissions
  • Address queries related to fees, courses, and career guidance
  • Build a good relationship with students and parents


  • Call students and explain courses
  • Handle queries & follow-ups

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic understanding of sales/calling
  • Freshers & experienced both can apply
