Job Description

We are looking for a driven Team Leader to manage our telecalling team for an upcoming real estate project. You will make sure every lead in our database is called, followed up and converted into a site visit, with no lead left unused.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train and monitor a team of telecallers (currently 2, growing)
  • Distribute lead data to the team and track calls, follow-ups and outcomes daily
  • Make sure every lead is worked on through repeated follow-ups until a clear yes or no
  • Keep lead data clean and updated in CRM or Excel/Google Sheets (status, remarks, next follow-up date)
  • Re-engage cold and old leads with fresh calling strategies
  • Set daily and weekly targets for calls, connects and site visits, and review them with the team
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports for management on leads, conversions and team performance
  • Handle tough or interested customers personally and coach the team on call scripts and objection handling
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and confirm site visits
