Asst. Project Manager

1. Project Planning & Execution: Study work orders, BOQs, technical specifications and contract conditions, and prepare project execution plans, schedules and completion targets.

2. Project Monitoring: Monitor daily project activities, compare planned vs. actual progress and ensure timely completion of projects.

3. Site Management & Coordination: Coordinate with site supervisors, technicians and contractors for manpower deployment, site execution and smooth project operations.

4. Material Planning & Management: Prepare project-wise material requirements and coordinate with Projects and Stores Departments to ensure timely material availability at sites.

5. Team & Contractor Management: Assign responsibilities, monitor manpower productivity and evaluate contractor performance to achieve project targets.

6. Quality Control & Technical Compliance: Ensure project execution as per approved technical specifications, quality standards and contract requirements. Monitor inspections and rework activities.

7. Testing & Commissioning: Monitor site completion, testing and commissioning activities and ensure proper verification before project handover.

8. Project Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project-wise records, review DPRs, site photographs and GPS records, and submit daily, weekly and monthly progress reports to Management.

9. Risk & Resource Management: Identify project risks, site challenges and execution delays. Monitor material consumption, wastage and resource utilization, and implement corrective actions.

10. Project Review & Performance Improvement: Conduct regular project review meetings, analyse project performance, prepare recovery plans, conduct site quality audits and recommend process improvements.
