Job Responsibilities:

* Manage daily dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery of goods.

* Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.

* Coordinate with the warehouse, production, and sales teams.

* Maintain accurate dispatch records and stock reports.

* Verify product quantity, quality, and packaging before dispatch.

* Coordinate with transporters and delivery personnel.

* Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.

* Handle dispatch-related issues and maintain proper documentation.

* Ensure proper loading and unloading of goods.

* Maintain daily dispatch reports and update inventory records.

Required Skills:

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.

* Good organizational and time-management skills.

* Knowledge of inventory and stock management.

* Experience in dispatch or logistics will be preferred.
