Job Description
- Identify and generate new leads through referrals, networking, calls, and other channels.
- Understand customers’ financial needs and insurance requirements.
- Recommend suitable life, health, motor, or general insurance products.
- Explain policy features, coverage, premiums, exclusions, and terms clearly.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers with policy applications and documentation.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
- Assist customers with policy renewals, claims, and service-related queries.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Stay updated on insurance products, regulations, and market developments.
- Follow company policies and applicable insurance regulations.
