Accountant/ Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the Finance & Accounts department in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
• Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors.
• Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before processing.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records in accounting software and Excel.
• Support the senior finance team during audits and other financial activities.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
• Required Skills Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Educational Qualification B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred.
• Relevant accounting certification will be an advantage.
• ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered.
