Business Development Officer 

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month 

Qualification:  

• MBA preferred 

Experience: 

• Relevant experience in Sales. 

• Experience in Real Estate and Construction industry preferred 

Key Responsibilities 

• Handle business development activities, including lead generation, client acquisition, follow

ups, sales conversion, and target achievement. 

• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate business and improve conversions. 

• Manage leads, customer follow-ups, site visits, quotations, and sales closures. 

• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular guidance and support. 

• Handle key customers and assist the team in negotiations and closing. 

• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of BricknBath. 

• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management. 

Key Requirements 

• Smart, confident, and professional personality. 

• Strong communication and negotiation skills. 

• Willing to visit customers' sites.  

• Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
