Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare tea, coffee, beverages, and basic snacks as per cafe standards.
- Take customer orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and counter operations when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the cafe.
- Keep the service counter, tables, kitchen, and equipment clean and organized.
- Provide polite and friendly customer service.
- Assist with daily cafe operations and work collaboratively with team members.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn beverage preparation and cafe operations.
- Ability to work in a team and handle busy hours.
- Punctual, honest, and responsible attitude.
- Previous cafe or food service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
