Civil Site Engineer

Job Title: Civil Site Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Execute civil construction works, including excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing.
• Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Check reinforcement steel, bar bending schedules (BBS), shuttering alignment, concrete cover, and dimensions before concrete casting.
• Prepare quantity calculations, BOQs, material requisitions, and daily progress reports.
• Monitor material consumption, labour productivity, and site expenses to minimize wastage and maintain quality.
• Ensure proper curing, concrete quality, workmanship, and compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, structural consultants, and project managers to resolve site-related issues.
• Maintain site records, inspection checklists, measurement books, and material receipt registers.
• Ensure timely completion of construction activities as per the approved work schedule and project requirements.
