Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Airtel Xtreme Fiber

We are hiring Field Sales Executives for Airtel Xtreme Fiber.

Key Responsibilities: • Generate leads and acquire new customers for Airtel Xtreme Fiber broadband services.

* Visit assigned areas and meet potential customers.

* Explain Airtel Xtreme Fiber plans, offers and services to customers.

* Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.

* Maintain good relationships with customers and provide required support.

* Coordinate with the team for documentation and installation process.

Requirements: • Good communication and convincing skills.

* Experience in Field Sales / B2C Sales / Direct Sales is preferred.

* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

* Comfortable with field work and target-based sales.

* Must be willing to travel within the assigned area.

Salary & Benefits: • Fixed Salary: ₹20,500 per month (as applicable)
