Job Description
Client Needs Analysis & Risk Assessment: Evaluate personal, financial, and business assets to identify coverage gaps and long-term protection goals.
Policy Advisory & Customization: Compare plans across life, health, general, or commercial lines; explain policy terms, riders, exclusions, and premium structures.
Lead Generation & Business Development: Build a client pipeline through referrals, networking, digital outreach, and direct consultations.
Portfolio & Relationship Management: Conduct annual policy reviews, assist with renewals, and adjust coverage as life events occur.
Claims Guidance: Act as the client's primary liaison during claim filing and settlement processes.
Compliance & Market Research: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations, underwriting standards, and emerging financial products.
