Job Description
- Visitor Management: Greet clients and guests warmly, announce arrivals, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Call Handling: Answer, screen, and route incoming multi-line phone calls, take accurate messages, and answer general inquiries.
- Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, distribute incoming mail and packages, and coordinate outgoing shipments.
- Scheduling & Calendars: Book and manage meeting rooms, update employee calendars, and coordinate appointments.
- Office Security: Monitor visitor access logs, issue and collect security badges, and enforce front-desk safety protocols.
- Clerical Support: Perform filing, photocopying, data entry, and basic supply inventory tracking
