Job Description
1. Welcome guests upon their arrival & assign rooms.
2.Perform all check-in & check-out tasks.
2.Manage online and phone reservations.
3.Assist customers in payment process.
4.Respond client's complaint in a timely and professional manner.
5.Liaise with housekeeping team to ensure all rooms are clean and tidy to accommodate guests need.
6.Maintain updated records of booking & payments.
7.Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls.
8.Ensure personal prevent-ability & dress in the assigned uniform.
9.Experience on hotel reservation software.
10.Understand how travel planning websites operate.
11.Excellent communication & organizational skill.
