Job Description
Supervise, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff.
Develop and manage work schedules and staff assignments.
Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet cleanliness and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high housekeeping standards.
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, and coordinate timely replenishment.
Handle guest complaints and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the front office, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Prepare departmental budgets and monitor operating expenses.
Maintain housekeeping records, reports, and performance metrics.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and continuous improvement initiatives.
