About the Role


We are looking for a Dynamic and Energetic Field HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and a willingness to work in field operations and bulk hiring.


Key Responsibilities:

Field sourcing and bulk hiring of blue-collar candidates.

Candidate screening and interview coordination.

Candidate joining, onboarding, and documentation.

Coordination with candidates, vendors, and clients.

Maintaining daily recruitment trackers and hiring records.

Supporting the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.

Conducting field-level recruitment activities and candidate engagement.

Ensuring smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates.


Required Skills:

Basic computer knowledge.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in field operations.

Willingness to travel locally for candidate sourcing.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.

Ability to handle bulk hiring and meet recruitment targets.
