Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a responsible and people-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR activities.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and management

• Manage joining formalities and employee documentation

• Maintain employee records and HR databases

• Handle attendance, leave, and basic employee-related queries

• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction

• Support payroll and HR-related administrative activities

• Maintain HR reports and documentation

• Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures

• Address employee concerns and coordinate with management when required

Requirements:

• Graduation is required

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to handle confidential employee information

• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills

• Good Hindi and English communication skills

• Professional and presentable personality
