Job SummaryPrayastech is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Recruitment Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions across India. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client requirements and job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
• Negotiate offers and support smooth onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment activity reports.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Achieve recruitment targets within the required TAT and quality standards.
• Skills RequiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Target-oriented and organized approach.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Knowledge of IT and Non-IT recruitment is an advantage.
