Job Description – International BPO Voice Process

Location: Khordha, Bhubaneswar, Odisha
One Cloud BPO is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the role of International BPO Voice Process Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling international customer calls, resolving queries, and delivering excellent customer service while maintaining professional communication standards.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and call quality.
Update customer records and document interactions in the system.
Meet daily productivity and performance targets.
Follow company policies and international communication standards.
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
Prior experience in customer support or voice process is an added advantage.
