Jr. Accountant

Job Summary;

We are looking for a Junior Accountant with 1 to 2 years of experience to support day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and assist with billing, payments, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Perform data entry and maintain proper accounting documentation.
• Maintain cash and expense records.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and statements.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payments and invoices.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
• Assist senior accountants with day-to-day accounting tasks.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and records.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Accounting principles and procedures.
• Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential financial information.
