Job Description
Kitchen Staff – Job Description
- Prepare food items according to recipes, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Assist the Chef/Cook in daily kitchen operations.
- Handle cutting, chopping, marination, cooking, and food preparation.
- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils properly.
- Minimize food wastage and follow portion-control standards.
- Support timely preparation of customer orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations throughout the shift.
- Follow company rules, safety procedures, and instructions from the supervisor.
- Work effectively as part of the kitchen team.
- Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Chef or Outlet Manager.
