Job Description
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Provide product information, demonstrations, and sales support to customers.
- Close sales transactions, and process orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales environment.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns.
- Identify and qualify potential B2B leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client companies.
- Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, often involving complex contracts and high-value transactions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing and ongoing account management.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
