Telecaller Job DescriptionQualification:
- Minimum +2 pass (Higher Secondary)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
Preferred Candidate:
- Female candidates most preferable
- Strong communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English (clear voice, polite tone)
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and confidence
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain project details
- Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel sheets
- Follow up with leads and schedule site visits
- Provide accurate information and build trust with clients
Work Environment:
- Office‑based telecalling for real estate projects
- Training provided for scripts and customer handling
