About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tele Calling Executives to join our Personal Loan Sales team. The selected candidates will work from our office and be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, understanding their financial requirements, and assisting them with suitable personal loan options.

The role is primarily focused on tele-sales and achieving personal loan disbursement targets by converting leads into successful loan applications and disbursements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding personal loan products.
• Understand customers' financial requirements and explain suitable personal loan options.
• Assist customers throughout the loan process, including basic documentation and application requirements.
• Follow up with interested customers and ensure timely conversion of leads.
• Coordinate with the relevant internal teams for processing and disbursement of loans.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until successful loan disbursement.
• Achieve assigned monthly personal loan sales and disbursement targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during every interaction.
• Work effectively as part of a female-only office team and contribute to achieving team targets.
• Candidate Requirements
• Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the telephone.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi and/or English; knowledge of the local language will be an advantage.
• Sales-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.
• Ability to handle outbound calling and regular customer follow-ups.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Candidates with experience in tele-calling, tele-sales, banking, NBFC, or personal loan sales will be preferred.
