Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Collection Executive for our Bijnor location. The candidate will be responsible for customer visits, payment follow-ups, collection of outstanding amounts, and maintaining good customer relationships.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesVisit customers regularly for payment and collection follow-ups.
• Collect EMI/outstanding payments from customers as per company guidelines.
• Maintain proper records of collections and customer interactions.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments.
• Handle customer queries related to payments and due amounts.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding collection status.
• Submit daily field visit and collection reports.
• Achieve assigned collection targets.
• Ensure timely and accurate updating of collection-related information.
• RequirementsQualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience: Fresher to Experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in the field.
• Target-oriented and responsible attitude.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Candidates from Bijnor and nearby areas will be preferred.
