About WellBe FoodsWellBe Foods is a fast-growing healthy food brand committed to providing nutritious and high-quality food products. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping activities.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare and process vendor payments, invoices, and reimbursements.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash flow records.
• Reconcile customer and supplier ledgers periodically.
• Ensure accurate posting of journal entries in ERP/Tally systems.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance data.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for collections.
• Generate MIS reports and management reports as required.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
• Support budgeting and financial analysis activities.
• Required QualificationsB.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of financial statements and reconciliation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
