About the role

GRG Management Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a hands-on Field Recruiter to hire blue collar candidates across Anekal, Attibele. You will find and engage candidates in the field, coordinate interviews and joining, and help ensure client manpower requirements are filled on time.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit blue collar candidates for roles such as helpers, housekeeping staff, delivery personnel, warehouse workers, drivers, security staff and other frontline positions.
• Source candidates through field visits, referrals, local networks, job fairs, community contacts and other suitable channels.
• Understand client requirements, including job profile, location, shift, salary and joining timeline.
• Screen candidates for eligibility, experience, availability and role fit.
• Coordinate interviews, document collection, background checks and joining formalities.
• Follow up with selected candidates to improve joining and retention.
• Maintain daily records of candidate leads, interviews, offers, joinings and pending requirements.
• Meet agreed hiring targets and provide regular updates to the reporting manager and clients.
• Travel within Bangalore as needed to support sourcing and hiring activities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in blue collar, frontline or volume hiring.
• Comfortable with field recruitment and travelling across Bangalore.
• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and follow up consistently.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills for maintaining recruitment updates.
• Kannada and English communication skills preferred; Hindi or other local languages are an advantage.
• Freshers with strong field sourcing skills may also be considered.

Compensation₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
