Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
- Provide basic information about the organization when required
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person
