Job Description
Manage and maintain the Vice President’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Vice President Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism Organize meetings, draft agendas, and record minutes when required Screen calls, emails, and visitors, prioritizing and redirecting as appropriate Assist in planning events, conferences, and executive visits Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner Liaise with senior management, clients, and stakeholders Perform general administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
