Job Overview

We are urgently looking for proactive, target-driven Sales Executives to drive cattle feed sales, expand dealer networks, and increase market share across Bulandshahr and Aligarh.

Key Responsibilities

·      Develop and expand the dealer/distributor network across assigned rural and semi-urban territories.

·      Conduct regular field visits, dairy farm meets, and village-level farmer contact programs to generate product awareness and demand.

·      Achieve monthly and annual primary and secondary sales targets.

·      Manage timely payment collections and follow up with channel partners.

·      Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, and market movements to provide actionable field feedback.

·      Maintain daily sales reports (DSR) and manage client relationships to ensure repeat orders.

Candidate Requirements

·      Industry Experience: Minimum 2.5 years of proven sales experience in Cattle Feed, Animal Nutrition, Feed Supplements, or Veterinary Products (mandatory).

·      Local Knowledge: Strong geographical familiarity and existing network with dairy farmers and feed dealers in Bulandshahr or Aligarh.

·      Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license for daily field travel.

·      Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in regional Hindi dialects.

·      Education: 12th Pass
