Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Site In‑Charge to oversee and manage all construction activities at our Chakan Residential Project. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of proven expertise in residential project execution, site supervision, and team coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Supervise contractors, vendors, and site staff to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective measures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Report regularly to management on project status, challenges, and milestones.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in residential construction projects.
  • Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including builders, contractors, and landowners.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of site management, quality control, and resource planning.
