Job Description
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and distribution targets. Conduct regular market visits and outlet coverage as per the beat plan.
- Generate orders and ensure product availability at retail outlets.
- Develop new outlets and increase product penetration in the assigned territory.
- Ensure proper product display, visibility, and merchandising.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
- Work in a disciplined way and build distribution width by range selling, following Nobel Hygiene standard sales call.
- Submit accurate daily/weekly sales and market reports.
- Follow company sales processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Qualifications & Education RequirementsAny Graduate with 2+ years of experience in FMCG/OTC.
- Candidate having two wheeler is preferred.
