Bakery Chef – Job ProfilePosition: Bakery Chef

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month ( Depending upon experience )

Location: AK Bakes ’N’ Brews, Patiala

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Bakery Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong bakery skills and a genuine interest in cake making, decoration, and new cake creations.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare cakes, pastries, breads, desserts and other bakery products.
  • Specialise in cake making and cake decoration.
  • Develop new cake flavours, designs and creative products.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
  • Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of the bakery area.
  • Manage bakery ingredients and minimise wastage.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in developing new bakery items for the café and special occasions.
  • Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience as a Bakery Chef / Cake Chef.
  • Strong knowledge of bakery products and techniques.
  • Good experience in cake making and decoration is preferred.
  • Creative, hardworking and passionate about bakery.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of hygiene and food safety.
