Counselor

Key Responsibilities:-

• Calling & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads from a provided database; handle inbound inquiry calls.
• Counseling & Advising: Explain course structures, eligibility criteria, fee details, and career paths suited to the candidate's background.
• Follow-Ups: Conduct systematic follow-up calls with prospective clients to nurture interest and schedule walk-ins or online counseling sessions.
• Conversion: Persuade and convert inquiries into final registrations, enrollments, or admissions.
• Data Management: Update call statuses, feedback, and lead stages accurately in a CRM tool or Excel sheet.
• Reporting: Submit daily activity reports on calls made, connected, and converted to senior management.
• Answering Inquiries: Talk to prospective customers or parents about specific products, courses, or school admissions.
• Guiding Choices: Explain how a service works and match the client with the right solution.
• Tracking Data: Update customer records and notes in a computer database after every call. 
• Strong communication abilities.
