Digital Marketing Sales Executive

Location: Chandigarh | Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced female Sales Executive who is confident, articulate, target-driven and capable of converting conversations into business.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for B2B sales and client acquisition for our digital marketing services, including:

• Digital Marketing
• SEO & Local SEO
• Social Media Marketing
• Google & Meta Ads
• Website Development
• Branding & Creative Services

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling
• Understand client requirements and recommend relevant services
• Pitch digital marketing solutions confidently
• Follow up consistently with prospects
• Schedule client meetings and sales calls
• Prepare and share quotations/proposals when required
• Maintain accurate lead, calling and follow-up records
• Convert prospects into paying clients
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain a strong prospect pipeline
• Coordinate with the strategy and execution team for client onboarding
• Handle basic sales negotiations and objection handling

REQUIREMENTS

Experience is mandatory.

We are looking for someone with at least 1–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, B2B sales, digital marketing sales, or a related field.

You should have:

• Excellent English & Hindi communication skills
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
• Confident and persuasive communication style
• Strong cold-calling & lead-conversion skills
• Excellent follow-up discipline
• Ability to handle objections and negotiations
• Good understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services
• Ability to identify client pain points and sell solutions
• Good convincing and relationship-building skills
• Strong presentation and pitching abilities
• Target-oriented and commercially driven mindset
• Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
• Ability to independently manage leads and follow-ups
• Professional appearance and client-facing etiquette
• Willingness to meet clients when required
• Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler is mandatory
• Valid driving licence
• Must have laptop
• Candidate should be comfortable with field sales and regular client visits.The role involves both office-based work and regular field visits.

COMPENSATION

₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Attractive Performance Incentives

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills and proven sales performance.
