We are hiring experienced and motivated professionals for the position of Agency Manager – Agency Channel at ManipalCigna Health Insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit, manage and develop agency/insurance advisors.
* Drive business through the agency channel.
* Achieve assigned sales and recruitment targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
* Support and motivate the agency team for business growth.
