Position: Retail EMI Sales Officer

Department: Digital Product Finance (DPF)

Location: All over Chandigarh.

Job Overview: We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented candidates for the position of Retail EMI Sales Officer. The selected candidate will be deployed at partner retail stores/showrooms and will be responsible for assisting customers with the EMI/finance process for electronic products such as mobile phones, laptops, televisions, appliances, and other consumer durable products.

This is primarily a counter-based sales role. Customers visiting the store will approach the employee for financing/EMI options, so there is no requirement for cold calling or searching for customers in the market.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Sit at the assigned retail store/showroom counter and assist customers with EMI financing.
• Explain available EMI and financing options to customers.
• Process customer applications for electronic products such as mobiles, laptops, TVs, and other consumer electronics.
• Complete the EMI/loan process accurately as per company guidelines.
• Verify customer documents and ensure proper KYC compliance.
• Coordinate with the store staff and customers to ensure a smooth transaction.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and processes.
• Candidate RequirementsEducation: Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant sales experience may also be considered.
• Gender: Male candidates preferred.
• Age: As per company norms- Less than 28 Years.
• CIBIL Score: 700+ is mandatory.
• Two-Wheeler: Candidate must have a bike/two-wheeler.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, laptops, electronics, or consumer durable products will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also be considered.
• Fixed Salary: ₹19,500 per month
• Incentives: Up to ₹60,000–₹70,000+ per month
