CRM Executive

🔹 Your Role

• Develop STRONG  relationshipswith existing customers.
• Maintain strong relationships and existing and potential customers..
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, feedback, and support.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions
• Maintain customer databases , records and CRM reports.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up quotations & orders
• Support digital marketing campaigns and GeM portal activities.
• Coordinate with Sales & internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution and timely delivery.

🔹 Eligibility & Skills

• Qualification: Graduate  preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, email drafting, CRM tools, basic digital platforms).
• Prior experience in customer relationship management preferred.for atleast 3 years..
• Self-motivated, extroverted, and goal-oriented.
• Strong follow up coordination and organisational skills.
