Job Description
Job Title: CRM Executive
Location: Chandigarh
Experience: 0–2 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer complaints related to dine-in, food quality, service, and Zomato/Swiggy orders.
- Monitor Google ratings, online reviews, and customer feedback.
- Work on strategies to improve restaurant ratings and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with restaurant managers to resolve recurring customer issues.
- Identify ways to improve dine-in experience, staff behaviour, and service quality.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory complaint resolution.
- Maintain customer feedback records and prepare outlet-wise reports.
- Suggest ideas to increase repeat visits and improve customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of customer handling and review management.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
