Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide a smooth customer experience across Zevpoint’s EV charging products and services. The role may involve pre-sales support or post-sales support, depending on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries over calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Pre-sales: Explain products, features, compatibility, pricing, and help customers make informed purchase decisions.
- Post-sales: Assist with installation coordination, troubleshooting, warranty claims, and service requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn about electrical systems and EV chargers.
- Customer-focused attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in customer support or sales is preferred.
